I am very certain that the 'ideal' battery to use for the Nokia 7650 is the 'BLB-2' model. I have an old original 'BLD-3' model quite thinner than that of the ideal one, I tried fiitting it and turning the fone 'ON' as well - and it did just fine. I am doubtful though with the effect on my fone. The BLB-2 model has a 3.6 volt capacity on it, while the BLD-3 has a '3.7 volt' one. My technician advised me not to coerce using the BLD-3 battery as it will have a negative effect on the fone in the long run, worst, might totally damage my fone.
What gives ???
