Does anyone know how to extact sounds recorded through the sound recorder so you can play them on your PC?

if so, from memory ( as my p800 is not here anymore:( )
i used sman or somekind of file manager to cut the sound file into the normal media folder and then copy this onto my desktop....
was recorded as a .wav file.

I've ghave used sman in the past to do it but it seems such a complicated way just to listen to your wav files.
