High Energy Magic released a public beta of SpotCode, which claims to be able to turn your cellphone into a mouse. The application currently supports Nokia Series 60, Sony Ericsson P800 and Sony Ericsson P900.

Using High Energy Magic's SpotCode Platform you can use your mobile phone to easily interact with computers of all shapes and sizes: whatever you're doing, wherever you are. Your phone becomes your own all-in-one mouse, keyboard, storage device and authentication system.
How Does the SpotCode Platform Work?

The SpotCode reader runs on a mobile phone, performing image processing in real-time to detect SpotCodes.
When a SpotCode is found, it is highlighted clearly on the phone display with a red cross.
The data encoded in the tag, along with the tag's relative orientation, position, and size is transmitted via Bluetooth to a nearby computer.
In this way, the computer runs applications, and the phone becomes your universal pointing device, personal display and keyboard.

its still in beta stage so i guess it doesn't have any of that super cool functionality mentioned and had some problem running it on my P9, so i installed the P8 version and then the P9 version and it worked for me... just a tip for all in case you get that problem

I tested it on my P900 with spotcodes (from the example PDF) displayed on my LCD monitor and also with spotcodes printed with a plain ink-jet color printer and both worked perfectly.

Looks an interesting technology for the future...
