> barky lost the start up logo

Hi people barky was messing around with his phone in the gsm settings and now i seem to have lost the start up screen i just get searching then the orange logo and background screen but it works when i turn it off, would a master reset solve this and would i lose all my info wap settings and so forth as i did when i upgraded to r2b025
