I have photo editor 1.00 and i have come to know that there is an new version 1.2 that has come out. I have download the new ver 1.2 but when i try to run the program it ask me for the key but shouldnt just take over the old ver key like in handy day or tracker .help

I got the latest version since many months back and it is 1.3 (P900) and not 1.2. What you need to do is that to contact the support of PhotoEditor team and they can send a link to you for upgrading, cost about $5.
