The most important thing is the update from Series 40 1.0 to Series 40 2.0. Compared to 3200, the other improvements include:
-65K colour screen
-4.5MB of memory instead of 1MB
-new battery (BL-5B instead of BLD-3)
-VGA camera instead of CIF
-new flashing LEDs..
-apparently an actual email client, no more "over sms"
-MMS 2.0
-Enhanced Image Editor
-Instant Messaging
-Java 2.0
-WAP 2.0
-Survivor game
-themes consisting of "Wallpaper, Screensaver, Color schemes, Background images, Ringing tones")
-Light Messaging
-motion gaming system
-Video Recording
-support for Wireless Audio Adapter (allows use of BT headsets)
Unlocked price will be less than 250 euros. They seem to have left out the FM radio feature this time. It has 16-tone polyphonic ringtones.
edit: EDGE is still there (as well as CSD, HSCSD and GPRS)

Ugly as hell. I am waiting for good looking Nokia with good functions... I think there will be some this year... but again it will be overpriced and the other brands will do the job better...
