I've tried it and on my t610 it cant be done.I can only open a normal wallpaper, btw I have R1L. But check this

I think i know the answer.
When you take pictures on the small size, you can edit them. But when you take pictures on the large size, it's impossible to edit them. don't ask me why, but i have also a T610 and whith my phone, thats the case.
try it, you'll see
