I'm asking this cause I have noticed that when I'm using Nocturne theme I have less battery time comparing Blue Cristal theme.
I know, it's also dependant of talk time etc. but generally I have noticed shorter battery life with Nocturne theme for about 2 days!!!
I turn off my mobile every night, and usually my batt lasts for 6 days
but with Nocturne theme I can hardly get 4 days

More comments?

i suppose it's possible that 'more' colours or darker colours drain slightly more battery... I sincerely doubt it's as much as 2 days though ....... you sure your behaviour don't change when you have the theme on (ie... constantly checking your battery?)

Two days - that's a difference! Vlam's opinion should be right. Maybe fma should help - by checkin consumption. There are many factors that could influence stb time. This message was posted from a Nokia

Black uses less power, thats why the clock screensaver is black on all phones. What would be the point of the clock thing if it drained your battery? Black is just the crystals not allowing any light through as there is no charge applied to them. Thats why your screen is black when switched off. This message was posted from a T610
