I have placed a simple word document into my P900 which is 20KB in size, everything is ok untill I get half way through the document I get an error saying ( PROGRAM CLOSED, PROGRAM VIEWER, REASON CODE WSERV, REASON CODE 10 ) what am I doing wrong its a tiny file and the phone cant read it, someone help pls.

I also have this extremely annoying problem and as yet I haven't been able to resolve it. I use SMan to make sure I have enough memory, but that doesn't help at all, and as mentioned above the documents being viewed don't necessarily have to be large files, which would eat into memory, to cause this error. I suspect that this problem might be a firmware issue, if so then hopefully we shall be able to solve it with the next update.
I would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and if they have found a way to solve it.

I wasn't too sure about the title either, but hopefully the chap will change it. I did notice that he had posted this question before and no one answered him, so perhaps he felt that a different title would get more attention (apparently it has).
I've searched through Esato and I can't find very much about this problem, does anyone have a solution?
