Well, I see a lot of people are wondering if they should keep their T68m and wait for the upgrade, or sell it, and buy a T68i. Here comes a story about what happened to me.

T68m -> Stolen.. Insurrance company told me they could replace it with a T68i, and that I should take the papers down to my local mobile-shop. So I did. They told me they could order a "i". I had the Lunar Gray "m", and loved the design. I had only seen the "i" on pictures, and thought it looked like cheap plastic. So I asked if there was any way they could get me the "m" instead of the "i". Sure, no problem they said. We'll order both, and then you come back and take the one you like most..

Couple of days later they contacted me to tell me that the "i" had arrived, and that the "m" would probably arrive next morning. I drove down to the shop to check out the "i" in real life. All my thoughts about the "i" looking like cheap plastic was blown away! This phone is totally different i real life, and on pictures! What looks like cheap blue plastic on pictures, is actually very nice metallic-looking in real-life.. I grabbed the T68i instead of the "m". Of course I miss some of the m's design-features. The loudspeaker, rubber-back, and ericsson-logo on back.

But the elegance of the new phone is damn sweet, and I dont think I would trade my "i" back for an upgraded "m" if I got the chance.. This pone just _have_ to be seen in real life before you make up your mind.

Thank you..

I dont think so. The Lunar Grey looks much more professional compared to the T68I and the Gold T68M.

Totally agree with that the gold looks like s**t.. They should kept the whole thing gold at least, not only the front cover.

Agree, the I version looks much better IRL then on pics etc.
The Gold and Silver looked cheap in my opinion - mostely due to the chromed YES/NO buttons

But this is my opinion only!!

I've just got the "i" and I do think it looks more plastic then the "m" but not too bad. Any way I've swapped the covers and I now have an "i" with the "m"'s clothes on and the "i" keypad, looks quite good and the "i" cover looks good with the old keypad, it seems to suit it better than the new one.
