For some time ago, I found a site to download ringtones from, but now Ive lost the link

I was hoping that any of you might know from what site these ringtones come:
TheKinslayer5420.mid
Sandstorm2707.mid
Smooth5454.mid
SweetDreamsofMyL3872.mid

Ive searched, but not luck

Any of you know where these ringtones might come from?
