my z200 is a great phone, i really like it although it keeps crashing!

every so often i will be writing a text message and it will lock up, the only thing that i can do is turn it off by the power button and then turn it back on. ive tried closing the flip but that doesnt help, its really annoying.

does anyone else have this problem?
is there a cure?

thank you in advance

Hmmm, odd, I haven't had that problem yet, but then again, my z200 is a secondary phone to me. What FW are you running? Also, if the power button is working, it isn't totally frozen. When the phone is totally frozen, you have to do a cold boot (remove the battery). Hmmm, I'm not quite sure what is happening. Odd.

My t230 crashes sometimes also. Mostly when trying to delete something. But i cant save it with the power button. I have to take off the battery and reinsert it. This problem i have is due to the old firmware version i have. With an update all my problems will be solved but i will lord some of my stuff. The same applies to you. Cheers! Well, one thing. Make sure that you power cycle your phone. The optimum amount is once a day/night, but make sure that you power cycle at the least once per week, as this will allow your phone a little bit of time to relax. Also, yeah, get an FW update!
