I thought this was a joke at first but obviously not!..

The police would do you for not having "the handset firmly affixed to the dash". - Funny ol UK law you can use a laptop and drive if its affixed the the dash "firmly".
Anyways I think I will keep using my patented prit stic/t39m kit!
