> O2 call receive problem with t300 + others

Im having problems receiving calls with my new O2 sim card (which i recieved with my new philips 535), the phone shows that there is signal, (usually full) and network. I can make calls and send messages. But 90% of the time i cannot receive calls or receive my messages, even though the phone shows i have full signal and network on O2 Uk, i have also tried the sim in my siemens A50 and Philips 535 but im having the same problems with them. O2 told me that it must be bad coverage in my area, i have been on O2 for 2 years allready with no problems though, o2 customer care are useless. Sorry ive gone on so long, im on "O2 UK PAYG Online Talkalot tariff", can anybody help me?

has your phone had the firmware updated, i think this will be the problem, i suggest that reflashing it with orginal gdfs will fix this problem but this will cost yah. if you just want to call someone, turn off and on your phone and you should get signal.

That isnt the problem, i can get signal just fine, it doesnt matter if the phone is turned off then on again, i can hardly ever recieve calls or messages. I rekon its probably a problem with my sim card, i have never had problems like this with o2 before, do you think there could be sumthing wrong with the sim? Oh and my problem is that i cant recieve calls and messages, i can make them and send them just fine.
