Are you using a pc? Try *99#
It might be because the connection on your pc is set up wrong, i dont know the settings because i accidently deleted my BT software and the connections got deleted aswell and im going to re-install in the morning.

The n represents the apn profile that ur using. It should be 1,2,3 or so on
