hi i have tried installing the software done that fine.

Its when i try to launch the program it says

internal error or login failure

anybody know all i wanted to do was transfer some stuff from my pc to ma fone

please help me

what operating system are you using? XP? you should install the software using a user account that has local administrative privilege.
