> How to transfer mp3s and other stuff

I have a Z1010 and would like to know which is the best way to transfer things from the computer, i have a BT dongle but its realy slow. And i dont feel like spend a lot of money on a Duo reader. Can i use the USB to transfer with a higher speed? If i can, which program should i use?

if u hav a sony pc then just put it into the adapter and put it into the ms slot
