After a kernel meesage, I reset my pone last night, and when it came back on the it shows the sim lock message. non of the codes I am entring is working. My SIM works fine on other phones, and othe SIM cards DO NOT work on my pnone.
Any ideas?

Sounds more like a phone lock and not a sim lock. Have you phoned your network to tell them of the problem?

I am in touch with the locak SE agent, he will look inot my device tomorrow. I am still wondering if anyone else experienced smoething similar, and how was it resolved.

If you ring your service provider and not SE, they will be able to give you the code there and then to unlock it. Why wait untill tomorrow when you can fix it today?

I called the operator and got a code which did not work.
I tend to agree with Jezzaj that it has to be the phone code which was probably triggered durig my last sofware crash.
