> SMS time & clock are different
Bookmark topic
I just tried to send a text message from my P900 but the message failed because of insufficient signal.
I then went to the SMS Outbox and noticed the recorded time of the SMS was 21.36 even though the phones clock showed 21.33
I then sent the message so it moved to the Sent folder & it was still timed at 21.36 with the phones clock now at 21.34
Any ideas why there is this difference? Why doesn't it take the time from the clock?
Also the SMS time didn't move on 1minute when the clock did

I would say that it is the network time and it did not go on by one min because you lost signal. I have noticed it happens with all the handsets i have had. :-)

Yup that's right! I almost have the same problem pertaining the fone's clock. I always adjust the time with that of the real one . . . after some minutes or even hours that passed, my fone's clock is now 'behind' with that with the 'real time' by almost 20 mins. What gives ???
