Hello there. I'm new on ESATO and I don't know if there's any other topic about this problem. So...
The speaker volume (the one from where I get the other's voice - I think is called earpiece) is very low compared with, let's say, R320. I cannot even talk in croudy places...
Of course it's not about the volume that can be set during a call. That one is maximum (8/8).
I'm wondering if there's any trick or something hardware or software that can make the sound level higher.

Bring it to a service and let clean or replace it if it is. What firmware u have? Since how long u have this problem? Btw welcome here :-D

Sent it to service day before yesterday.
Iīm afraid thatīs the only solution to problem..
Lucky for me i have one or two spare phones to use in the meantime..

I have this problem from the first time i used it. The firmware is R7A005. I have already bought a new earpiece, nut no change. I think I'll bring it to a SE service.

u are welcome. make a fw upgrade as well. the latest is the r84 for t68.
