If you are not in a hurry, and you don't mind windows operating , Ipaq models are good. Wait for new intel processor, the pxa 27x and the new operating system called ppc 2003 second edition. In the next 1to2 months they should be out.

Well thanks for the reply guys. How bout the Palm Tungsten T3? I have heard its got a 400 mhz intel X SCALE processor and an extendable screen . Its media player is called 'Kinoma' Player. And has got 64 mb of internal memory. And a 16 bit TFT screen. Good i guess - and its cheap too!

t3 doesn't have mobile phone capability which was a requirement you listed, unless you mean capability via BT/IR to a phone?

well in that case I can recommend the iPAQ 4150 which I am using. Its small and neat (fits easily in top shirt pocket) with bluetooth and 802.11b, has an SD slot and there is plenty of software available on
palm gear
