Hi you guys, does anyone know what to write when you want to control the LED flashes and the vibrate when you write you iMelody in notepad? or if it is even possible?

if u look at the walk ringtone vibrate is this: (vibeonr5vibeoff@100) & (vibeonr1vibeoff@30)
Led is: (ledonr3ledoff@10)
All I want to know what is the '@xx' at the end
