Having a bet here. Please help! I need confirmation. Is or is not the T616 the US version of the T610? I know the answer but the other part is awfully stuborn!

You can always compare them here:
http://www.esato.com/phones/index.php/phone=74,cp=101
and you'll see that t616 uses the 850Mhz freq as opposite to T610 that uses 900Mhz. and that's the only difference between them...
(I can't believe that i'm telling tranquil to use a resource from esato to answer a question

i did find a T610 out here in southern california though, i found it while bluejacking in a movie theater. AND! and couple of weeks later i found a couple that had matching T637s
