Hi All. This is my first post to the forum. It is a great knowledgebase.

Anyways, my problem is that the T68M I have has got this problem. It will keep switching on and off all the time. It has just started happening today so I do not know what is wrong? Any help would be appreciated. I know that I had charged the battery 2 days ago and I do not use the phone that often.

I would hate to get a new phone as I am waiting for the K700 to come out in the UK on Orange or TMobile networks. Until then I would like to get thru on this phone.

Again, any help will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I cant get to that.

The phone does not stay switched on long enough for me to get that.

It is not the most uptodate. I purchased the phone in the US around 3 years ago.

Thanks

Well, my first vote goes for a fw upgrade, if it is. Check the se web site for a service in the near of u, that would be the best solution. This message was posted from a T630

Take out your batery. See those six golden pins on the phone where the batery connects to ? Well, there is a short circuit and the batery is draining fast. It happened to my R520m once, and they (SE service centre) had to change the whole internal circuit board. There is a problem in that area and the batery is draining fast due to a short circuit ...
My phone had a new imei when i got it back but it had the same external cover Well, in other words, they just changed the whole inside of the phone
The only thing u can do is bring it to the service centre IMHO.

Looks like the battery doesn't charge anymore...so the phone will not start if there isn't enough power..have you tried to start the phone while connected to the charger? This message was posted from a WAP device

OK. Sound like the battry draining fast due to the short circuit. It seems that even when I do plug it into the charger, nothing happens apart from it wanting to restart all the time.

Ok. Time to look for a new phone. Thanks very much all.
