Bookmark topic
hi all,
I just bought a second hand P900 and it was used with the flip off.
I want to put the flip on but the screws to attach the flip to the phone are missing.
What i need to know is either what are the screw sizes and/or where can i get them from.
Have rung SE and they told me to contact hays but all i get is an engaged tone on the telephone when trying them.
Need answers quite quickly as the phone is on ebay and ends tomorrow evening
many thanks,
matt

Try some local phone repair shops, they may have some, perhaps even some of the bigger chains could have some. Failing that, it could be a case of contacting the winning bidder, telling him/her of the problem, and that you'll forward the screws on ASAP, or post the phone once you have them.
But if you do the latter, be prepared for the buyer to pull out of the sale and you either have to send someone a second chance offer or relist the phone!

thanks for the suggestions but the phone places i have tried so far have no idea what size they are and as i dont drive and live in the middle of nowhere it is quite hard to get somewhere to try out some screws.
really need someone who does know the correct size to be able to tell me or failing that some kind soul who has 2 spare with their p900 to send them to me for a small fee

cheers, would be great if you did.

I had to phone Hayes recently and I did manage to speak to someone, I would advise you to try again old boy, persevere and you will get through, I would imagine they should be able to post some screws out to you.
