Just how do you remove the battery cover.. I would have thought you slide the battery cover down.. but it still doesn't want to come off.
Thanks

its pretty simple..
there's a little arrow right beneath the camera mirror,
just push down the cover slightly and slide down

Thanks...
I was trying to slide the battery cover down ( avoiding pushing the screen ) and the bugger would not come lose.
Pressing down the arrow makes it really very simple!

A hammer should have that pesky battery cover off in no time.

Apply a bit of sliding force with slight tilt in force dir. I was also very uncomfortable sliding it a first few times, but now have a fair idea of how much to push
ps: dont break it, dont drop it
