I don't think it has been released anywhere in the world yet apart from the ones that they give to developers and for testing.
The price of the phone will be quite expensive because it will be a sim free version i guess. Could be wrong on both of these accounts though.

*sigh*... i should have asked my friend in HK to buy it for me.. although my preorder price w/ expansys isn't that much more expensive so i guess it's not a big deal... a difference of less than $10 =P
and i'll probably get it around the same time.... i hate waiting... *sigh*
