I am trying to use internet off my PC thru my P900
Have order a bluetooth dongle (hasnt arrived yet). For the meantime I was trying to connect using my syncstation. Whenever I try to go to any page using opera, I get the following error:
"Could not locate remote server"
I am sure that my phone can identify some sort of connection (the connection dialog pops up when I try to go to a website off my syncstation; but while connected to PC I dont get a connection dialog) but is unable to use it
My guess is that this may have to do something with me using a proxy server on my PC. On my PC I am using a configuration script url for proxy. However, I could not find a place to set proxy parameters in Opera on my P900 (opera website says proxy is a feature available on all platforms)
Anyone? Any clues? Is it worth trying this at another place where I can connect without a proxy?

ok, confirmed this from home.
I could connect to the internet from the laptop (laptop was on dialup) using the usb syncstation without any problems. So its mostly the proxy at work which is to blame.
Anyone... any ideas on how to let my p900 know of proxy server??? I was hoping to use this setup at work with a BT dongle as it seems more senseless there (hopping between desks
)
