> Incoming calls - still not for free?

I just wanted to know about people from USA, Canada (an some other countries) - do you still have to pay for incoming callls?
It's really strange that some operators charge it. In Europe it would be unthinkable and simply awful. I guess, our customers would take an attack against that operator.

A few Asian countries namely Pakistan's GSM networks used to charge for incoming calls as well but not any more.
