hi i'm new here, so please bare with me if these questions have been asked before...
-When will the S700 be officially released?
-Is the S700 a smarphone?
-What OS will the S700 use? symbian? isnt that the same as the P800 and P900?
-Is it going to be possible to install Opera from the P900 onto the S700?
-What will the movie resolution be on the S700?
-Is the S700 a P900 replacement?

what do you mean by the OS will be SE menu? would it be possible to add applications and stuff? what OS it the P900 btw?

and the S700 is an S series? how is it different from a P series?

symbian is the OS for special smartphones. SE has got smartphones with a touch screen and that makes them the phones with the best interface.
the Series use the same interface as most SE phones. only the Z200 and T230 use an interface thats abit older, but still very good.
S700 has got a superb interface, i find it beter then the symbian you can find on any phone without touchscreen (6600, SX1, ...)
price can't be mentioned, because otherwise the other brands could lower the price before the S700 hits the market.

8x digital zoom
MSD slot
32MB internal memory (could be more)
in other words a super phone, and it isn't as big as most people think when they see it on a picture. i think this is one is gonna sell big, but then again you never know how people think about design.
