> I Have some sony ericcson T226 questions

I just bought a sony ericcson T226 and i have some questions about the phone. First of all it's an ok phone but the reception sucks (I think it's my company). Can someone list some wap sites that work with the 226 because most of the sites on here are for 610 phones and when I go to certain sites it sayd the page is to large to be loaded (ex..polyphonicringtonez.com). Can someone give me a site for my 226 where I can get some FREE ring tones? I also tried setting up an e-mail account using the pop settings but it comes back saying the server can't be found, I enter the setting correctly , I tried using softhome.net and hotpop. Could it be my phone company or is there something not set correctly? Also is there anyway to expand the memory? And why isn't there much talk about the 226 here? most of the talk seems to be about the 610. Thanks for your help

No you can't expand T226 memory, what you have is what you get.
Nobody talks about the T68, T226 nor T300 because they're very very old, nowadays people have T610 and Z600, even some have P800/P900 that's why no one talks about those 3 phones i mentioned first, but if u want to know more T226
it's a very good tool.

well the reason I bought the phone is because it was the second cheapest ( the cheapest was a nokia, i'm not sure the model). Like I said 226 is an ok phone is just that the reception isn't that good, it's kind of small, too little memory but other than that it's an ok phone. It's my first phone so I guess i'll enjoy the experience with it. Sometime later I'll post the phones my company has available.

@newbie: just enter wap on google and search urself. I would've recommended ployphonicring..... cuz from that i used to take my ringtones but then i have a t610 and no probs with the cache. U have to enter wap or even on the www , search and see if they have a wap address. There r some things u have to do it urself, on that part no1 will work 4 u if u want to customize ur phone...
Try this:
enter www at:
http://www.mobile9.com/4images/categories.php?cat_id=3&s=454f98d33f7aa3418c2f795516463762
choose from ur left the kind of wallpaper u want, click it and u'll see an ID TAG with a number.
THEN enter wap from ur phone at:
http://wap.mobile9.com/
and choose "WML content" and THEN enter the ID TAG and DOWNLOAD the wallpaper.

OK thanks for the help so far. When I'm surfing wap sites and the message "page is to large to be sent back" for some sites (google) how can I fix it ? if I can? Also when i try downloading ringtones from sites I get a message that says "bed request from phone".

When u get the other message with 'bad request' is soething wrong with the page u r tryin to access, ussually. From the list if u have the necessary money get the TREO 600.Is the most advanced from the list. Ot the P900 or Moto V600. Try to see them all on:
