I am unable to sync Outlook 2003 to my p900.
the error is different depending on if i have outlook open or not.
If i do not have outlook open, when i start my computer and it tries to sync with the p900, the error reads "You are not authorized for the selected operation or your username/password is invalid".
if i open out look and manually try to force a synchronization, the sync dialogue pops up, but nothing happens...the sync process never starts.
i have done the following:
-upgraded to PC Suite 2.3.1
-upgraded to latest usb driver
-upgraded to lastest firmware software for the phone
-turned off my Anti virus program (Avast!)
-turned of my personal firewall (one that ships with Windows)
-turned off pop-up blocker.
-check that i have the latest office 2003 updates and i do.
none of these steps has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I may have solved my problem. for the benefit of others who may be experiencing a similar issue, please note:
in Outlook 2003 you have the ability of having multiple contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, and journal folders. if you do have multiple of these, i believe the PC Suite software will take one by default only. so if you realize that not all of your info are not synching, that may be the problem.
in my cases, for some odd reason, i had multiple contact, task and notes folder which were empty. PC Suite apparently was selecting these folders by default and it appeared that nothing was syncing. after deleting the empty folder from my Outlook, i was able to sync my contacts, notes and tasks
