If you have problem with accessing the Esato WAP site in any way it would help A LOT if you informed us about exactly what the problem is.
Checklist:
Q. Are you not able to see the Easto homepage? (http://wap.esato.com/)
A. Verify your phone setup by accessing another WAP site
Q. I only see small logos centered in the middle of the display.
A. When you browse the WAP site for logos, you only see small "preview" versions of the logos. You must click on the "Download logoname" link if you want to install the large version of the image. This should be obvious, but we receive several mails about this every day.
Q. When I click on the "Download logoname" link, only a empty box with some text in is visible. The logo never turns up.
A. It's probably because the WAP gateway you are using not are able to handle large elements (logos, themes) over 1500 bytes. Read the
FAQ
Q. I'm not able to login to my private logos.
A. Don't try to login to your private logos with the username and password you use in this forum. Remember that you probably have two accounts here at Esato. One for this board, and one for the userlogos. Username and password may be the same, but they doesn't have to be. You can create several accounts in the logo section, but not for this board.
Q. Still problems with private logos.
A. Send us a mail, and please explain you problem in detail. Include your username in the mail.
