> White screen and reset in T610

I need some help.
I was working fine with my cel but I decided to change the Network order an I put Network 54 that's TELCEL company and I put it in number 1 and my phone turn off and on again but with a White screen and after 4 seconds it turns off and turns on again until the battery goes. I can not turn off the cell unil I remove the battery.
Help is wanted.
