I have searched the boards and tried to get help form SE but I can't figure out how to link my p900 to my home computer so I can transfer pics and mp3s. It says my phone is connected through the phone connection link at the bottom right hand corner of my computer but when I double click on the p900 icon it says not connected. How can it be connected but not be reconizing my phone.I know its something simple but I can't figure this problem out. Does the pc suite you download have to match the language you have selected on the phone or if you have a chinese p900 do you have to download the chinese pc suite even if you have selected uk english for you language. Please help.

you have probably tried this before but what i have to do is turn of all my quick start icons at the bottom right hand corner of the screen these include norton, my internet connection as well as a few others

It sometimes does that to me but I am able to get the conection back up just by restarting my PC with the phone on the cradel.

Have you tried Epocware's Filemanager when it says its connected?

hi guys i use a old ericsson coms port lead from a r380s it works fine i can sync and move pics mp3s to and from my p900.
