hi
i will be going on a working holiday soon, and i was wondering if is possible to unlock a "firmware-branded" vodafone live nokia.
i personally hate nokias, but i can get a 3200 for 55€ and if i can unlock it i will buy it.
thanks

i imagened they would, i just needed confirmation, hence i'll be going to italy for a few months soon, so i'd like to use my vodafone points and get a nokia (because they are easy to unlock).
I'll probably get a vodafone-italy card anyways.

thanks!!

@folling:

Yes, it should work on a Voda Live! handset. I've used a Vodafone-branded T610 and my current P800 (also Voda-branded) with an O2 sim card with no problems. It probably won't get rid of the customisation, but at least you can use any network's sim card in the phone!

I've also got a DCT3/4 unlocker - great, aren't they! I buy up and fix a lot of Nokia phones, and it's indespensible
