> USBSerial driver for Syncstation?

MY syncstation was working ok untill i unplugged it and brought it to my office to download the firmware to R5B02. Since then, whenever i connect it back to my pc they will say new hardware detected and ask for USBSerial driver. i direct it to the syncstation driver but no use. Help please. I uninstall and reinstall pc suite many times already. same thing when connect to my office pc too. thanks.

office pc is xp. home pc is 98. both giving same problem now. disabled mcafee antivirus also cannot solve the problem. so sad.
