Can anyone give me some advice on this problem.
O2 UK have just sent me an updated sim card (code on the back is GT4). I've activated the card and was sent new GPRS and MMS settings automatically by O2.
I try to access wap via GPRS but it now comes up with 'connection rejected'
I can still access wap via the normal way.
I cant put my old sim back in (everything was working through that one) as O2 have disconnected it.
Do I need to contact the customer services again or is there some way I can sort it my self ?
Also, where is the menu to change the sim pin code ?
The handset I'm using is a P900.

Sometimes it take a day or two until all the services are up & running on a new SIM, god knows why but they do.
See how it goes 2moro for example & take it from there.

Ok. Still no wap/internet. Have phoned O2 CC and they sent me new settings. Still no luck. Did this 3 times and nothing.
Phoned O2 again. They put me through to their 'tech support' people. I was told there is a problem on their side as they are upgrading to a new system. Also, apparently the new batch of sim cards (GT4 model) dont have the APN number pre programmed into them for GPRS to work. I have been told it is their fault and I have to wait another 48 hours as they are going to try and reprogram the sim card ( how ??) and after 48 hours have passed I'm to turn my phone off for about half an hour and then switch it back on. Apparently this should sort everything out.

finally have gprs back. apparently all they needed to do was turn the gprs off for a minute, switch it back on and for me to then turn my phone off and on. Then it was sorted. Why couldnt they have done it this way in the first place ?
