Right, here are the problems that I have had so far...

Bought T68 in December, had to take back to store January for repair. Cost: £10 bus fare
Came back 3 weeks later

Had to take T68 back again due to weird problems, crashes etc.
Cost £10 bus fare
Came back 2 weeks later

Got home after last repair and discovered that the phone would not turn itself on.
Took back to store
Cost £10 bus fare

Still havent had any reply from the store or Ericsson and I have been given a Motorola T2288 as a courtesy phone. It has a lock code on it so I cant get in it.
Ive also used about £50 credit phoning the store and Ericsson.

Anyone else had all this?

I'm feeling really evil at

ehm, you must live a long long way from your service point...
10£ bus fare? that's 150SEK, and here in my city i pay 10SEK when i go on the bus, unless i have to travel to another city, or if i travel by night...
Don't you have a SP somewhere closer?

Went through quite a few T68m's because they kept breaking! When the T68i came out they replaced it with one of them instead. So far no problems excpet a little bit of dust under the screen after I dropped it. Has crashed maybe twice on GPRS but I'd had it on constantly.

Quite happy with this phone so far.

Call Support and tell them some true words
Ask to speak to the highest chief available at Support!!
It shouldnt be so much problems and inconvenience just because of a phone!!

And hey, I really feel sorry for you - been true almost the same!!

Ive talked to the head of here in sunny old england, and he said he would send me a brand new unit with the T68i software installed. That was last week. I must be getting delusional. I'm starting to like Motorola phones...............

I'm not quite an expert in mobiles from ericsson, since i only got my first in about a week, but i think that's normal in any big companie like ericsson to have some problems with one or two mobiles...i don't think that's the kind of thing that we should be worried about...I have had around 10 nokias in the past and i can't remember the number of problems i had, and it seems that it wasn't only me!!So what i want to say is that if you wanna buy a mobile...BUY A , that's the best thing you can do
Bye....
