I need urgent help I have just sync'ed my new P900 and all OK installed SMAN now cannot sync and cannot uninstall SMAN access denied in fact it has brought it to a grinding halt and I was mug enough to donate viw Handandgo! what do I do master reset is looking good to me

Panic Over!! Looks like it was a hardware fault
I disconnected the sync stand did a cold boot on the PC then re connected the sync stand and hey presto the two devices detected each other and synchronised with each other! So problem solved without removing SMAN but still cant get it off as instructions on their site are out of date, why did it happen anyway? No doubt only big Bill’s boys have the answer! Masseur, thanks for the prompt and well directed assistance when needed, you are becomming a ledgend in your own lifetime here! I was getting Déjà vu for a moment, P800 probs all over again.
