K700 and K700i are not different phones.

The K700 is the generic name for the K700. It was released as the K700, and because of this most people now refer to it as the K700.

The K700c is for China - it has Chinese text on the buttons and Chinese T9 input etc etc.

The K700i is for International - it's for anywhere other than China.

The K700 was released as having 32 MB internal memory, SE then added an extra 8 MB and the Extended function so that you could achieve 1 megapixel photos with a VGA camera through interpolation.
