You can try this app
http://my-symbian.com/uiq/app[....]cations.php?fldAuto=779&faq=31 It cost just $2 and you get a clock as well you can put anywhere on the screen.

Yes you are right. I purchased it for 4 weeks ago and paid $2. Then the author released about 5 upgrades and sent free but seems that unregistered users have to pay more.

Quicktimer worked fine on my P800 but not at P900. It was counting down but no sound.

Quicktimer worked occassionally on mine. It sometimes made a sound at the end and sometimes counted down. It was full of intermittant problems. If you just left it running it was normally fine but if you aanswered a call it sometimes stopped the countdown. If you checked the diary it stopped altogether. If you opened the flip it sometimes stopped.
not reliable so I deleted it.

I tried pstopwatch, but it would not install. I got an error 'component failed security check. cannot install'.
Any ideas?
