I can use the sound recorder fine, but after its recorded and I play them, they are so quiet...there must be a way to turn it up or put them through the speakerphone...is there?

The T310 doesn't play AMRs out loud & there is no way to achieve it.
Early T610s could not either but with newer firmware they do play them loud. I don't know of any f/w to make the T310 do this
