Hi there,

I've read a lot about the K700i here in the forum and would like to buy one as soon as it is available here in Germany.
One of the most important features for me is the synchronization with MS Outlook.
So here is my question: Are you satisfied with that feature? Are names sorted by the last name and addresses copied correctly(Nokia doesn't seem to be able to implement that)? Is the organizer able to handle birthdays?

Thanks in advance for your help

Bye

Chris

Yes, it works like a charm with Outlook 2003.

names are sorted the way you want, thats a function in the phone rather than a function of the sync.

however I don't agree with address sync being a dream. whereas the P900 will sync business and personal address the K700 seems only to sznc the business address and I have found no setting to change that. This means that none of my personal contacts have addresses in the phone

...unless someone has worked out to so solve this?

Hi guys,

thanks for the answers. The problem with only the business address syncing is pretty annyoing, isn't it?
Do you think that this is just a little problem, that will be solved in a future update or such a big thing, that SE won't do anything about it?

After reading so many good things about the K700 in this great forum, it would be a pity if it lacked this little, but important feature.

Bye
