It's official! Sony Centres are to stock
products as of the end of June.
It was mentioned in the K700 thread so I went to check with the SC in Preston. They told me that they'll be selling ALL SE phones SIM free (as they should be) and all the accessories too. They're planning a grand opening on June 30th.
Great news I think, no more dealing with brain dead morons in Phones4U who don't even know what phone you are talking about.

It's about time they did it here in the UK though. I've always wished they did cos I hate the phone shops
so much.
Just a thought, maybe this is why the K700 is delayed in UK shops till the end of June, cos SonyCentres are gettin ready for them?
They may also sell Playstation products soon too, probably when the PSP & PSX come out.

There's no such thing as an official SE shop in the UK although I had often wished there was but SE in the SonyCentres should be just as good.

i know only one official SE shop and thats abelsco in brussels its been an ericsson shop for some years now. but sadly its in brussel and the prices are high.
it would be great if Sony centers would start selling SE stuff. accesoires are very hard to come by here. and it will boost sales abit so

All the Sony Centres here in Indonesia started selling SE phones since the day they opened.
Also in Indonesia, we have Official Sony Ericsson shops (also nokia, siemens..etc). In these shops, we can purchase and repair phones and accesories. I feel that it is so much easier than having to send it to a dealer(ie: carphone warehouse) and have to wait for weeks to get ur phone back. I could service my phone and get it back the same day (legitimately!)

i have found that the prices are soo much higher for sony product in sont shops. its cheaper to go to a large outlet like dixons who 4 sum reason have it at a cheaper price.
