What happens when, they show you a thing in ebay and when the product arrives, it comes another thing?
For example, they show you a T630, and you buy the product and when it arrives you get a T610? What do you do?
And if a product they announce it doesn't state that has scracthes or something and you receive it with scratches, what do you do?
And what's the best secure payment, and how is it done?

If you get an item that isn't what it's described as you have the right to send it back, but dealing with a private seller can mean that getting a refund out of them can be like getting blood out of a stone!!

If it's a scratch or something, you could try getting a partial refund out of the seller. Again, I've been promised cheques in the post for things like a charger I got with a phone blowing up (And no, it wasn't a Nokia one I'm afraid! ), and they've never turned up. To be honest I've been lazy about chasing them up, they were only for small amounts anyway.

I'm currently wondering what to do about a T610 I bought thinking it just needed a new screen fitting and tidying up, but upon recieving it the phone has turned out to be blocked. I've sent 2 emails to the seller (whose account is now saying 'no longer a registered user') with no response, I'm wondering about what to do next. Do I leave a negative feedback for him, persue a partial/full refund or what? I'm worried about him negging me back, as i have a 100% feedback record, and suspect I won't hear a peep out of the seller, let alone see any money from him!!

Well I guess if you bought in eBay, you should contact them with your problem, because they have to have a solution.
Or you can claim it in some sites where they contact the seller and the buyer (you) and they fix the problem.

It depends how you paid for the item.

If it was a credit card and the item was more than 99 gbp you can talk to the card company.

If it was via PayPal - you can try them
