I joined a new 02 online contract at the beginning of the month and received an email saying my gprs was free until the end of the month.

Couldn't resist that kind of offer and made good use on the p800's web browser.

Just checked my bill and the t**ts are charging for all the gprs over my 0.5mb inclusive allowance.

Is anyone else having the same problems???

I know the ones you mean mate.

But my point is, 02 have emailed me saying it's free till the end of the month and they're are charging me.

Doesn't that break any laws?

Pester O2 as much as you can.

I've had untold billing problems with them in the past.

If it's their error, harass them and they usually put it right... eventually.

As long as you have the e-mail/ proof in writing and can forward or print it out you got recourse and can complain.

I would contact O2 first, this sort of thing can usually be sorted out in a jiffy.
