China-made, gray, with box, manual, CD, charger, 16MB MMC. All original, no defects, never been opened, never been repaired. I haven't even opened it to replace the original housing. Acquired last feb. 2004, no more warranty and receipt. This is the actual pic. There is a scratch as you can see in the picture but it is not really that obvious. See it personally to appreciate.
