i wonder if you can help me i downloaded file manager in to my phone and it was showing me loads of files that i havent hear of and some files that i have installed some time ago and have deleted,so i started to delete loads of things,woke up this morning and tried to send a text and i had deleted the sms setting and internet and mms setting aswell so i did a master reset and went to the 02 web site and to get the gprs and mms setting and it all works now,i have just come online and tried to install something on my phone and it instal for a bit and then comes up: your phone as been disconnected
please reconnect and try again
and on my phone something comes up:
program closed:childinstaller
reason code:USER
reason number 3
can anyone help me,or as this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it,
anyone and everyone please help me thanks
by the way go to control panel--cable
what setting as people got i have
cable status pc connect
baud rate:115200
parity:none
stop bits:1
character lenght:8
flow controlCTS/RTS
as anyone got different to take or does some one know what it all means
please help me thanks

sounds like the program is crashing, i get a blue screen at the bottom of the display when a program crashes like you described. may be someone has had a similar problem and knows how to fix it.

so why do u have it 460800 what does it mean,
if it start crashing do you think i can take it back to the shop to replace it,
