I'll try to explain the problem.
Say you wish to write at the end of a sentence for example 'Dave'
It'll give you a list of alternatives
When you selected it(pressing OK), it'll automatically place a space that'll have to then delete to place the full stop.
I know I'm being incredibly picky but you text a lot it does become annoying.
Has anyone else had this?
Is there a way around it??

after you highlight the word you want, try keying in the fullstop (.) instead of 'OK'. it should work.

After you have typed the last word of your text you can press the 'menu' button and select 'send' without a space being inserted in your message.

since the topic is here i might as well point out 2 problems i have faced.
1) in flip closed mode, how do i get to the top of the msg without running back through every words with the jog dial to get back to the top.
2) when i select the wrong predictive text, how do i make a reselection without deleting the word and re-choose again.
hope my explanation is clear to all

Hello everyone,
can someone answer those questions for the P910?
-Ending a word without typing a space.
-reselecting a word after picking the wrong choice from the suggestion list.
-scrolling to the top of the message without passing through all the words.
All when the flip is closed.
Thank You

Hijacking this thread... I've got one more question about T9...
How can I enter a newline in flip closed mode?
Thanks!

this doesn't seem very obvious in a 1 year old thread, maybe i should move the question to a new thread?
